Letters of invitation and registration forms were mailed on January 18. Meeting costs were $25 for dues-paying chapter members and $45 for guests.

Guest Speaker: Congressman Ed Case

There being a significant and increased interest on the part of our members to become more educated and involved in the political issues that impact us, we asked Congressman Case to speak to the following:
  • The Akaka Bill: What does it really mean and how will it impact us?
  • Health Care Reform: What lies ahead, locally and/or nationally?
  • Tort Reform: Views from our Congressman

Congressman Case spoke for almost an hour, to approximately 50 Hawaii FACS and guests.
